Industrial Work Services
Our Batesville location provides opportunity for supervised employment to individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities. New Horizons Industrial Services prepares participants for paid employment or volunteering, which includes teaching concepts such as compliance, attendance, task completion, problem-solving and safety. Our supervised setting also allows individuals to learn work skills as packaging, labeling, sealing, assembly, cutting, sorting and rework skills while earning an income. We empower our workforce through innovated job training to maximize their skills and abilities to improve the individual’s quality of life. Our Industrial Service Program is for individuals that intend to develop, learn and maintain general skills that can lead to community employment or fulfilling opportunities through community volunteering.
New Horizons Industrial Services partners with companies throughout the surrounding region and is developing national relationships in providing high quality packaging and assembly. This allows us to provide job training and employment for individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities.
We do assembling, packaging, stamping, labeling, sealing, custom cutting, sorting and re-work for our customers. We empower our workforce through innovated job training to maximize their skills and abilities improving individuals quality of life.
