Industrial Work Services

Our Batesville location provides opportunity for supervised employment to individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities. New Horizons Industrial Services prepares participants for paid employment or volunteering, which includes teaching concepts such as compliance, attendance, task completion, problem-solving and safety. Our supervised setting also allows individuals to learn work skills such as packaging, labeling, sealing, assembly, cutting, sorting and rework while earning an income. We empower our workforce through innovated job training to maximize their skills and abilities to improve the individual’s quality of life.  Our Industrial Service Work Program is for individuals that intend to develop, learn and maintain general skills that can lead to community employment or fulfilling opportunities through community volunteering.

New Horizons Industrial Services partners with business and companies throughout the surrounding region by providing high quality packaging, assembly, stamping, labeling, sealing, cutting, sorting, inspection and re-work.
