Our five course tasting menu, with each course expertly paired with alcoholic beverage, pulls from Chef Devin’s days at Blue, Blanc, Rouge which was located in the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas. The menu includes Duck Confit Salad with Champagne, Foie Gras Crème Brûlée with Pinot Noir, Traditional Cassoulet with Châteauneuf du Pape, Beef short-rib Bourguignon with Bordeaux, and Pear Tartlet with Sauternes.
