Art in Nature IV at Versailles State Park

FREE Art Classes!

Enjoy a free art class at the Versailles State Park Recreation Hall each evening 6-8pm: photography, acrylic painting, learn to turn wood, try out recycled art, kids art, or make and create flora with gum paste. Created art will be exhibited at an art show Saturday afternoon.

This year we will offer a Kid’s Art Class on Saturday for youth 5 years of age and up. Other classes are open to the public, school age on up, but are limited to 20 seats for each class and individuals may only sign up for a total of 2 classes during the week.

April 8th, Monday-6-8pm, Wildflower Photography Workshop with Bill Riley.

April 9th, Tuesday-6-8pm, Acrylic Painting with Debi Black

April 10th, Wednesday-6-8pm, Creating Flora using Gum Paste with Carol Jackson

April 11th, Thursday-6-8pm, Upcycled Treasures (Recycled Art) with Annette Geil

April 12th, Friday-6-8pm, Wood Turning (Southeastern Indiana Wood Turners) must be age 10+

April 13th, Saturday 9-11am, Kid’s Mixed Media and Recycled Art with Sara Bettis

April 13th, Saturday 3-5pm Art in Nature IV Community Art Show open to the public.

Refreshments and live music will be provided starting at 3pm.

Call today to reserve your share of the fun!

Artists may take their work home following the art show ending at 5pm.
