Our Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program is designed to assist students, ages 14 to 22 who have an IEP or 504, explore their strengths, preferences, and interests to help them plan for life after high school. Our Career Coaches work with students on Job Exploration Counseling, Counseling on Post Secondary Education, Self Advocacy, Work Based Learning Experiences, and Workplace Readiness skills. Services take place in a school and/or community based setting both individually and/or in small groups.
